Payments

Payments are not generally processed until orders are ready for despatch.  Goods being sent direct from one of our suppliers will be charged when the order is placed on the supplier.  Goods that are being engraved will be charged when the goods go to the engraver.

All prices shown include VAT at 20%.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website and are deleted altogether once the order has been completed and the payment has been charged.
